Alexander Ubach-Utermöhl was there from the start. He is among the top experts on the proptech scene – startups focused on construction and real estate. Based in Frankfurt, he conducts market studies with his company blackprintpartners, brings together startup founders with potential knowledge partners and financial backers, such as Vonovia, Goldbeck, and Commerz Real, and is himself an investor.
Looking beyond the hype about digital experts, disruptive business models, supposed hotspots of transformation, we ask: What is relevant for building in the future – and what is simply hot air? Which startups can really succeed?
