MARTIN RODECK is the Managing Partner at Blacklake, a consulting firm specializing in the real estate industry – and our special guest with whom we will explore these questions. His expertise lies primarily in real estate project development. He was CEO of EDGE for many years and is a leading expert on digital transformation in the real estate industry. In addition, he is an executive board member at Zia, where he chairs its Innovation Think Tank, and also a member of the executive committee at the Urban Land Institute.
